The Month-of Coordination Package includes the following services:
- Initial consultation to discuss your wedding
- Wedding timeline development
- Coordination of vendor commitments 4-6 weeks before wedding date
- Management of rehearsal
- Decor staging and takedown
- Single point of contact for bride, groom, wedding party, and family on the day of the wedding
- Final walk through with client at rehearsal
- Formal wedding timeline and details list distributed to all vendors
- Primary point of contact for all vendors
Partial Planning Package
Price: Starting at $2500
The Partial Planning Package includes the following:
- Initial planning session to discuss your wedding vision
- Wedding timeline development
- Coordination of vendor commitments
- Management of rehearsal
- Decor staging and take down
- 2-4 planning sessions
- Assistance with researching and securing vendors
- Attendance at vendor meetings and consultations
- Single point of contact for bride, groom, wedding party, and family on the day of the wedding
- Reception management including flow of event and vendors
- Check-in with vendors one week before wedding
- Final walk-through with client at rehearsal
- Formal wedding timeline and details lists distributed to all vendors
- Primary point of contact for all vendors 30 days prior to wedding
Full-Service Wedding Planning

The Full-Service Planning Package includes the following:
- Initial planning session to discuss your wedding vision
- Planning sessions

- Unlimited calls, texts, emails
- RSVP management
- Wedding timeline development
- Wedding favor assembly
